How Children Benefit

Volunteer today and make a lifelong difference for a child.

CASA Volunteers are the Voice of the Child. In addition to advocating for a child’s best interests, CASA volunteers are the voice of the child in court.

CASA Volunteers are an Essential Presence. A CASA is an essential presence that reminds everyone involved that at the heart of each case is a child who deserves a safe and loving place to call home.

CASA is an Evidence- and Research-based Program. A child with a CASA spends less time in foster care, receives more appropriate services, is more likely to have increased self esteem and increased achievement, and has more success in school.

To give a child a CASA is to give them a voice. To give them a voice is to give them hope, and to give them hope is to give them the world. I believe that with all of my heart.–Pamela Butler, a foster child who had a CASA volunteer
