1. Vendor Spaces: Limited to 5 spaces, allocated on a first come, first served basis.
2. Setup: Vendors may set up the night before the event; however, please note that security will NOT be provided overnight. Vendor setup must be completed by 2:30 PM the day of the event. All vehicles must be moved from the event site by this time.
3. Tear Down: Tear down can begin at 8:00 PM. No early tear downs allowed unless pre-approved by event staff. Vehicles may return to the event site at 8:00 PM.
4. Parking: Please check in with event staff for parking instructions.
5. Amenities: Wi-Fi may be spotty; vendors should come prepared. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and power sources as there is no power available at the site.
6. Trash Disposal: Vendors must provide their own trash containers and are responsible for cleanup around their booth space.
7. Age Restrictions: No person under the age of 16 is allowed to run a booth. Vendors selling knives must post a sign stating that they cannot be sold to children under 18. Vendor is responsible for checking ID.
8. Waiver of Liability: In consideration of your acceptance of this entry form and fee, I the undersigned intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages, I may have against the CASA of Linn County, Deluxe Brewing & Backyard BBQ Battle Contest, and their agents, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered to me in this event. I further grant permission to CASA of Linn County, Deluxe Brewing & Backyard BBQ Battle Contest and/or agents authorized by them to use photographs, videotapes or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
