Our Staff

Leslee Mayers Executive Director

Leslee was born and raised in east Texas. She has moved around to Colorado, Washington, and Arkansas and, in 2008, landed in Oregon, leading Oregon State University’s new student transition/orientation and family program. Leslee has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, and a Masters in Education from Western Washington University.

Previously their family has served as a foster/resource family in Linn/Benton County; through that experience, she received in-depth training and education about trauma and its impact on developing brains. Leslee and her husband, Mike, have three school-aged kids that keep them busy. They enjoy traveling (love a good road trip), and boating is her favorite summer pastime.

Hannah Wakefield - Advocate Supervisor

Hannah joined Linn County CASA in January 2021 as an Advocate Supervisor. She has previously volunteered as a CASA with Marion County and saw a healthy and successful adoption for the children she advocated for. Hannah Graduated college with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a concentration in Trauma; she is passionate about trauma-informed care practices, especially in the foster care world.

She and her husband continue to be resource parents in Marion County, advocating for the children in their home from a different angle (though greatly utilizing her experience as a CASA). Hannah’s hobbies include boxing, hiking, and playing with her dog, Kona.

Lacey Bolduc - Advocate Supervisor

Lacey joined CASA of Linn County in March of 2021. She has worked in healthcare for the last six years and has volunteered as a CASA in Union County while also advocating for Oregon’s children as a member of the Citizen Review Boards in Union and Linn County. Lacey fell in love with Western Oregon while attending the University of Oregon and looks forward to learning more about the region.

She is a pet parent to a pit bull named Bandit and a cat named Sarge and a bonus mom to a six-year-old boy. Her hobbies include starting books but never finishing them, attending any rock concert she can find, and road tripping to new places.

Jennifer Cabral - Ireland Program Manager

Jenn is our Program Manager at CASA of Linn County. She is the only member of her family who was born in Oregon. She graduated from Western Oregon University with a degree in Psychology focusing on the life span. Jenn has lived in Linn County for last 14 years which she lives with her husband Brian and their two pups Jagr and Fleury.

Jenn has a passion to work with people and provide the best customer service possible. Some of her hobbies are playing ice hockey, Jeep Rides, hanging with family, and playing with her pups.

Jennifer Cabral Ireland Program Manager

Jenn is our Program Manager at CASA of Linn County. She is the only member of her family who was born in Oregon. She graduated from Western Oregon University with a degree in Psychology focusing on the life span. Her background ranges from human resources to customer service with the overall promise of delivering exceptional services to all.

Some of Kayla’s hobbies include spending time with family, exploring nature, and curling up with a good book. She is also a pet parent to a leopard gecko named Persephone and a dog named Hank

Felicity Combs - Advocate Supervisor

Felicity joined CASA of Linn County as an Advocate Supervisor in July of 2022. She is an organic, farm raised Oregonian who’s been living in the Willamette Valley since she was five years old. She left George Fox University and began working in healthcare at the start of the 2020 rise of COVID and joined our team to follow a passion for helping her community and its children.

Felicity loves to explore, whether that’s the outdoors or the inner mind. She spends a lot of her time playing games with her friends, going camping or hiking with her family, and finding any way she can to be near live music.
